You’ll need one mentor’s workbook for you, and one mentee’s workbook for your mentee.
Yes. The small group leader(s) will use a mentor’s workbook and all of the ladies at the table will each need a mentee’s workbook. I recommend having at least two people leading.
The mentor’s workbook includes a letter to group leaders to help you structure your group.
Regular bible studies are great, but they’re not designed for the mentoring relationship. They are designed to grow the individual persons faith and when done with a mentee, you’re both answering the same questions.
Risen Mentor studies are designed for you to study the same thing together, but from the perspective of each role. This means looking at the same Scripture two different ways. It means asking different questions. The mentee is aiming to learn from the mentor, and the mentor should be sharing her wisdom and knowledge. That is not taken into account in your traditional Christian woman’s bible study.
